Please read these terms and conditions carefully before scheduling or confirming any service appointment with Hannah's Detailing & Supply. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged for the full scheduled service, as that reserved time can no longer be offered to another client.
At Hannah's Detailing & Supply, we reserve dedicated shop bays, specialized technicians, and professional detailing equipment specifically for your scheduled time slot. When a client cancels without adequate notice, or fails to show up, that time slot cannot be filled on short notice, resulting in wasted labor and facility overhead.
Timely Cancellation (24+ Hours Notice)
Cancellations or requests to reschedule made 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled start time will be accommodated with no cancellation fee or penalty.
Late Cancellation (< 24 Hours Notice)
Cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will be billed for the full scheduled service cost.
01. Appointment Scheduling & Confirmation
Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (864) 432-1638 or through our online inquiry form.
All appointments are considered tentative until confirmed by a team member. Deposits or credit card authorization may be required at the time of booking to secure your requested time slot for specialized services.
02. Payment Terms & Payment Methods
Payment for services rendered is due in full upon completion of the service and prior to vehicle release, unless prior written arrangements have been made.
We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and approved digital payments. In the event of an unnotified late cancellation under 24 hours, the card on file will be charged for the value of the scheduled service.
03. Warranties & Satisfaction Guarantee
As certified applicators, our coatings and protective undercoatings carry manufacturer-backed warranties (ranging from 3 to 6 years or lifetime, depending on the selected package).
We guarantee 100% satisfaction before you leave the shop. If you notice any area needing touch-ups, please inform us prior to vehicle pickup so our team can immediately address it.
